For those who know, I take things one
day at a time,
one step at a time. Share the joy as we help one
another.
Bio in one sentence:
I'm a graphic artist preferring to do production art
and digital art clean-up; I love to read, mostly fantasy
and mystical adventures:
my favorite authors (currently) are Katherine Kurtz
and Deborah Turner Harris;
I am a parent -- more about Jeremy later; and while I'm
not much in the kitchen
I like to make bread and pizza.

My latest projects:
Lee & I are still working on our log cabin,
making small repairs. Next will be planting the garden. I'm thinking about asking the community if they would be interested in a community garden. We certainly have the space. As you can see from my home page I'm also involved with the Unitarian Universalist Community of Lake County & serve on its Board of Directors. I'm also taking a class (Spring 2003) at Mendo College on web page design -- to improve my skills. |

For example, did you know I also play the dumbek and love
drumming circles?
...for the uninformed, dumbek is a Middle Eastern
drum often used to accompany bellydancing, a dance sacred to the Goddess.
My partner is Lee who is one of those strange, wonderful jack-of-all trades. He prefers slinging a pick and shovel to programming in C although he can do both.
And yes, I have watched every Star Trek since 1965. My
favorite characters: Spock, because he was the first... Mrs.
Troi because she has an ageless heart... Kai Opaka who possesses
the wisdom of a monk, the bearing of a nun, the conviction of a shieka,
and the power of a sorcoress... Tom Perris for the trickster in
his eyes.
For
the mystically inclined...
Spirituality, the study of personal development, and the practice of the mystical arts are a big part of this lifetime for me. I have been blessed with many teachers.
