Unlike some of the "Big" Internet Service Providers, we actually have live technicians, ready to take your call and guide you through any Internet related issues you may be having, regardless of your experience level!

All of our technicians are highly trained, knowledgeable, and most of all, friendly! They speak English too!

Our normal hours of operation are:

  • Monday - Friday 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
  • We are closed weekends and major holidays

Our network is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Should we have problems outside of our normal technical support hours, our Network Engineers are on call 24/7 to respond to network outages.
