Our Final Message. . .

This is an open letter of sorts to our fans, friends, and to anyone who has come across this page.

Message from the Band:

Hello everyone,

I'm not exactly sure how to say this but, Sinewave is no more. After over four years of playing together we have decided to part company. We came to the consensus that our creative environment had just gone to shit. No communication, inner band tension, distance, and every other musical cliché you can think of has ended it.

This was not a sudden thing but the result of months of problems that we failed to address when they occurred.

Sometimes you just have to realize that it is time to move on no matter how much it hurts you to do so.

It's just time to head our separate ways. . .

As for our many promised CD's and demos there will actually be one more offering from us with the working title "Coffin Nail". This will be the culmination of all of our disparate recordings and projects. It will also contain two new tracks that Jamie and Chris will be recording soon. It will be released on the website probably around March.

Anyway both Jamie and Chris have plans to work on a few projects together but this won't be under the auspices of Sinewave.

Jamie is already working on an album with a new band which doesn't have a name yet.

Chris will also be pursuing his own projects. When we know more about them we'll fill you in here.

Now is the time that we get all mushy. Yes we would collectively like to thank our fans, friends, and family for all their support and love. You had more faith in us than we had in ourselves.
