Personal Pages
Bio in one paragraph (ok two): I have a variety of likes and dislikes and sometimes I seem to be so busy it's a wonder I can fit everything in...but I manage!  I love to read, mostly fantasy and mystical adventures and, yes, romantic mysteries.  My favorite authors (currently) are Katherine Kurtz and Deborah Turner Harris.  I am a parent of an adult child, Jeremiah pictured here with my mother.

If you are concerned as I am about the war & the erosion of the Bill of Rights, you might want to look at at this site for photos of local, Lake County events & links to various organizations.

Congratulations to An Inconvenient Truth for its Oscar win!  Go to AlGore.com for more information.  Only we can save our planet!

The Cats
Fluffy
Only 30 zillion cats hang out with us. As a result the mouse population has dwindled.

The Pup

Merlin is my malamutt (malamute/lab/wolf mix). He is a very lively dog and loves to run and play.  Unfortunately he has a tendency to chase what he shouldn't.

The place

      Hazelnuts outback
I've been living in Lake County, CA since 2002 living first in Nice, now on 5 acres in Upper Lake

My Spiritual name is  Rhyschenda
I like to read about various spiritual traditions.  The early Christian history (before 600 c.e.) is fascinating.  Here you have political in-fighting, intrigue, torture, flight to avoid execution, suppression of beliefs, misdirection, secret societies, forced conversion of native people...what has more suspense than that?

I use Tarot cards and pendulum for divination.  When I first started learning these I was amazed that it really WORK!  I am available for private readings,  parties & soon will have a website to offer readings.
